Part 3 – Information About the Person for Whom You Are Filing (외국인 수혜자의 정보)
Sign the form: The fillable version of Form I-140 now includes a “Don’t forget to sign!” message and an arrow pointing to the signature box as a reminder for when you print the completed form. If there is no signature, we will reject the form and return it to you.
(I-140의 전자버전에는 "사인을 잊지 말것!"이란 메세지가 있고, 완성된 양식을 프린트할 때 잊지말라는 뜻에서 사인 박스를 가리키는 화살표가 있음. 사인이 없으면 신청이 거절되고 리턴됨)

To ensure your Form I-140 is accepted:

- Pay the correct filing fee of $700 (접수비 $700 첨부)
- Submit the required evidence listed in the form instructions (안내서에 제시된 증거 제출)
