O비자 또는 P비자를 받으려면 노동조합의 의견서가 필요합니다.

이민국에서 I-129 청원서를 제출한 신청인을 평가할 때, 의뢰요건(Consultation requirements)으로서 의견서를 제출해야 하기 때문에 필요합니다.

 

Q. 이민국에서 의견서를 뭐라고 부르나요?

노동조합의 의견서는 자문서신(consultation letter)이라고 부릅니다.

또는 서면의견서(written advisory opinion)라고 부릅니다.
