• The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-113) increases fees for certain H-1B and L-1 petitioners.  Consular sections collect this fee for blanket L-1 visa applications (principal applicant only) filed by petitioners who employ 50 or more individuals in the United States if more than 50 percent of those individuals are in H-1B or L-1 nonimmigrant status: $4,500.00  (2016년 통합 세출법(공법 114-113)은 특정 H-1B 및 L-1 신청자에 대한 수수료를 인상합니다. 영사과에서는 미국에서 50명 이상의 개인을 고용하는 청원인이 제출한 포괄적 L-1 비자 신청(주 신청자만 해당)에 대해 이 수수료를 징수합니다(해당 개인의 50% 이상이 H-1B 또는 L-1 비이민 신분인 경우). $4,500.00)
